I see my role as both a facilitator of goals and initiator of opportunities.

In the property industry, ideas are everything. And good ideas are born from experience. After years of working across the various sectors, I’ve been focusing for a while now on sourcing, selling and structuring development sites and projects.

It’s what I find most interesting and worthwhile, particularly when working with clients who are pragmatic and property savvy. They provide me with opportunities and challenges, and there’s a great sense of satisfaction in teaming their wisdom with my insights and negotiating skills to create value.

As well as listed projects I also handle off-market transactions, which many clients prefer because it’s discreet and confidential. Whatever the strategy, our discussions can also lead to innovative proposals and projects, and I’m happy to be able to contribute my expertise.


Chris Anderson


Chris Anderson has worked in the real estate industry for 15 years, initially learning the ropes as an agent’s representative in residential sales, then branching into project marketing, followed by commercial sales and leasing, covering everything from retail to industrial.

Along the way, Chris qualified as a fully licensed estate agent. An invitation to set up the commercial division of an agency proved successful and also provided valuable experience in greenfield property transactions, further honing his skills in strategic planning and negotiation.

Having gained broad knowledge and on-the-ground understanding of the intricacies of the property market, and building up a collaborative network of trusted consultants, in 2012 Chris established his own business, specialising in commercial sales and leasing and other property projects where his experience and ideas can make a difference.
